Do you thrive on ticking off to-dos, solving problems, and keeping everything running behind the scenes?
You’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations tight, accurate, and efficient – giving our advisers and clients the support they need to succeed.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that’s central to our day-to-day success. You'll handle a wide range of finance and administration tasks, the first group of which is mostly fairly straight forward data entry and bookkeeping tasks. There’s only a couple of days per month required on this, and it would include
• Data entry and reconciliation
• BAS and IAS preparation
• Payroll
The more exciting parts of the job will be focused on supporting the directors in the ongoing management of the business, helping them work through all the things we need to do on a day do day basis to keep our fast growing business running smoothly. This will also include helping us work through the various business improvement projects we tackle each year. Tasks will include:
• Management financials, including reports on cash flow forecasting and P&L projections
• Managing client fee renewals
• Maintaining connections between our systems, to help with better reporting on key business metrics
• Assisting the MD with Staff review preparation and support
• Insurance renewals (PI, workers comp, general office insurance
• Resources reviews (eg software, technology and equipment upgrades or improvements)
