PSG are working exclusively with a growing and reputable manufacturing business based Kewdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about supporting both people and processes.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment support (2+ years ideal)
- Solid understanding of HR processes, legislation, and best practice
- Strong coordination and time management skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or ATS systems a plus
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, policies, and onboarding documentation
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and performance review coordination
- Support payroll with timesheet collation, leave tracking, and data entry
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure all mandatory certifications are up to date
- Act as a point of contact for general HR queries from staff and supervisors
- Assist with workplace health & safety administration and policy updates
Recruitment Coordination:
- Post job ads, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews and reference checks
- Liaise with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment across trades, production, and admin roles
- Manage new hire documentation, pre-employment checks, and onboarding packs
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and labour hire providers as required
