About Us
Jukawalyi Resources Pty Ltd was established in 2018 and is owned by Aboriginal members of the Njamal traditional ownership group who occupy the inland area of the Degrey River, in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Jukawalyi provides comprehensive services to the mining and civil sector in the local area with facilities in Perth and Port Hedland
Jukawalyi Resources’ strategy is to provide comprehensive services to the mining industry, with our contractors and subcontractors developing infrastructure on country by utilising our local knowledge and expertise. Our business development team work with mining companies and their network of contractors and subcontractors to identify their transport needs and ensure that Indigenous opportunities are maximised.
The Role
The Office Administrator will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide support to Jukawalyi Resources. This role will look after the Freight Management System, Procurement, and other Operational Administration Requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for
Freight Management System
- Booking consignments and creating job cards
- Maintain the TMS asset register
- Managing Invoicing process and generating reports
- System Administration
Procurement:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, including the issue of Requests for Quotation (RFQ’s) for equipment, materials, and third-party services.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders,
- Monitor and track procurement activities
Assist with Procurement Activities
- Supplier Quotations
- Purchase Requisitions
- Filing and Delivery Notes
Data & Document Management:
- Maintain databases, ensuring all data are easily accessible.
- Compile data for status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Human Resource Administration
- Maintain HR System (HR Brite)
- Maintain Forms & Registers
- Timesheets Administration
- Onboarding Administration
Asset Support:
- Maintain up-to-date Registers and Inventory of all assets including plant, equipment, vehicles, tools, software, etc.
- Liaise with vendors for asset repairs and maintenance.
- Plant Maintenance Schedule
Procurement:
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, including the issue of Requests for Quotation (RFQ’s) for equipment, materials, and third-party services.

- Monitor and track procurement activities
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with experience in an administration-based environment. Ideally, you have:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Office administrator or similar, preferably in civil / mining industry or site-based project related
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Professionalism in handling confidential documentation and estimates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
