Job Description:

We seek an experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our Technical Office as Head of Technical Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives

Oversee the development and implementation of technical designs, plans, and specifications for electrical projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered by relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations

Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contractors to ensure successful project execution

Develop and implement project management plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of technical aspects with overall business objectives

Requirements:

Master's degree - Electrical Engineer

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical office or engineering firm

Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects, including design, implementation, and commissioning

Proficient in 3D drawing software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, etc.)

Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
