DH Painting is looking for an experienced office manager who will be responsible for overseeing the office administration and accounts function of our business. This is a varied, hands-on role that touches all areas of the business.
Full-Time Experienced Office Manager
Salary: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 plus super
Key Responsibilities
Administrative oversight: Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing and supply ordering
Schedule and Coordination: Assist with project scheduling and coordinate between project supervisors and clients
Customer Service: handle phone calls, emails, inquires form clients, vendors and colleagues
Financial Administration: Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and processing payments
Payroll: process payroll by tracking employee hours using Xero
Social media and marketing: Assist with posts on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, manage google business profile and solicit google review.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role in the construction or painting industry is a plus.
Qualification in Business Administration or similar is highly desirable
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office softwares such as MS office, Xero, CRM etc and familiar with social media platforms
