About the position

The HR Systems & Support Officer position provides general administrative and systems support to the teams within the People & Culture Branch.

The salary range for this position is $2,570 - $2,783 gross per fortnight, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

This is a 6 month temporary full time position based in Toowoomba CBD.

Enjoy work/life balance by working a 9 day fortnight.

What does each day look like?

Employee lifecycle administration - everything from onboarding to offboarding

Assisting P&C to document our processes - from our intranet to our daily processes

Monitoring inboxes and phone calls - ensuring our employees connect with the work area they require

Assisting with internal events and culture-building initiatives
