Medical Receptionist

Pine Lodge Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Admin/Receptionist to join our team. You will need to be able to organise appointments, maintain records, perform medical & other tasks in order to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice, and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients.

Some of the many responsibilities below:

Booking appointments,

Billing

Correspondence with aged care facilities

Opening and closing of the practice to name a few.

You will be the main person meeting and greeting patients, therefore we need someone with great customer service skills who is proficient and fluent in the English language along with good computer skills.

The right candidate will need to be able to adapt, work and liaise with Doctors, patients and all other departments associated with a medical practice.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Required)
English: 1 year (Required)
Medical office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
