About the role

With the ability to start ASAP, the Medical Receptionist will aid in the smooth, efficient running of the practice on a day-to-day basis.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Reception duties - ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call

Handle patient appointments, maintain records, and process accounts

Maintain patient Confidentiality

The successful candidate will possess:

Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role (e.g., medical or practice administration)

Best Practice software knowledge

Accuracy in work, great time management, and attention to detail.

Skills utilizing practice policies and procedures to ensure consistent, accurate service provision alongside our team and for our clients.

Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service (and patience!) with our established clientele.

Working rights in Australia (note, non-visa holders will not be considered).

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and annual flu injections
