Responsibilities:

Patient interaction: Greet, assist, and schedule appointments for podiatry services.

Money handling: Collect payments, manage financial transactions, be confident with basic figures with cash & cheque handling

Sterilisation and maintenance: Oversee proper sterilisation procedures and maintain cleanliness within the clinic.

Administrative support: Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the podiatry team for seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

Experience as a medical receptionist, preferably in a podiatry clinic is appreciated but not required.

Strong customer service, organisational, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in office software & HICAPS.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desired

Familiarity with billing in a management software.

Adaptability to a fast-paced clinic environment.

Flexibility between 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday
