About the Role:
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you’ll ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly while creating a positive experience for patients and families. Your contributions will help shape a caring and efficient environment where children come first.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families warmly, both in person and on the phone

Manage appointment bookings and respond to inquiries efficiently

Keep appointments running on schedule and notify providers of patient arrivals

Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records

Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to support clinic operations

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping others

Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a medical receptionist (mandatory)

Previous experience in a paediatric or child health clinic is highly desirable

Familiarity with phone systems and Microsoft Office; Genie or Gentu experience preferred

Availability for casual shifts throughout the week, with potential to convert to permanent part-time

A university or college degree is an asset

Onsite training will be provided for the right candidate
