About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, reporting directly to the Manager, your primary responsibility will be expanding our customer base.This is a mobile role working on the road driving our company van.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically plan sales calls within designated geographic areas.

Meeting KPIs and benchmarks for physical calls, conversions, and sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. (SALESFORCE)

Contribute to the development of an effective sales plan in collaboration with the Business Manager to maximize customer conversion rates.

Provide constructive feedback on what will assist in the acquisition of new business.

Offer support to the customer service team when required.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Preferred experience in a similar role or exposure to the industry (though not essential).

B2B sales experience.

A warm and friendly personality, coupled with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

The ability to thrive both within a team environment and independently in the field.

A flexible and adaptable approach to effectively engage with a diverse customer base across various industries and levels

A valid driver's license is essential.
