ICT Business Analyst

Location: Docklands, VIC

Salary: AUD 72,000 – 75,000 per annum + 11% superannuation

Start Date: September 1, 2025

As a growing startup with a global vision, we are looking to onboard a sharp and driven ICT Business Analyst to help shape and streamline our product and service strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system workflows.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable technology solutions.

Collaborate with software developers, UX designers, and product managers during the development lifecycle.

Create detailed documentation including user stories, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and SOPs.

Test proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years experience in business analysis or a similar role.

Proficiency in modelling tools, documentation, and requirement gathering.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.

Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a lean startup environment.
