About the role

EBU Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in our Sunshine West office in Victoria. This full-time role will be crucial in supporting our organisation's technology initiatives and delivering strategic value to the business.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and document business requirements, processes, and systems

Analyse business needs and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and achieve alignment on requirements

Create detailed process flows, user stories, and other artefacts to support the development lifecycle

Provide guidance and support to the development team to ensure successful implementation

Conduct testing, validate solutions, and support user acceptance activities

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Maintain clear and effective communication with both business and IT teams

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/Technology industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and user story development

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, and techniques

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
