Business Analyst - Warehouse Systems

Job Description:

• Work collaboratively with internal and external key stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.

• Process mapping including the development and maintenance of Operational Procedures, Training Material and Quick Reference guides.

• Identify and drive Continuous Improvement opportunities for Elite's Distribution Centre network.

• Lead unit, system and volume testing of the Warehouse Management System including UAT test cycles.

• Provide application support for the Warehouse Management System including providing first level helpdesk support.

• Develop dashboards and operational reports to drive business efficiency.

• Support business systems technology peripherals including the setup & maintenance of Laptops, AIO's, printers, RF devices.

Job Requirements:

- Previous IT related experience implementing and supporting a tier 1 Warehouse Management Sytem - Mandatory

• Experience working within a 3PL/4PL environment - Highly Desirable.

• Competent with Oracle SQL - Highly Desirable.

• Strong analytical/data modelling with experience with Power BI & Power Automate - Highly Desirable.

• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple demands from a variety of sources.

• Must be an effective team player, able to thrive in an autonomous environment.
