The Role
As an ICT Business Analyst at Airlinx, you will act as a facilitator between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyse processes, identify requirements, design systems, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our overall strategy through technology.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

· Analyse existing business processes and IT systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

· Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed IT systems and present findings to senior leadership.

· Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of new or modified ICT systems.

· Develop user documentation, training materials, and technical specifications for external developers.

· Manage ICT projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring effective testing and documentation using recognized project management approaches.

· Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

· Participate in testing and evaluating systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

· Monitor and assess IT service performance to support continuous improvement.

· Identify and mitigate risks in system processes to ensure project continuity.

· Oversee data management, including automatic updates, backups, and ensuring data integrity and security.

· Use data modelling and process mapping techniques to create clear system specifications.

· Manage data migration projects to ensure smooth transitions between systems.

· machine learning (ML) solutions and deep learning neural networks to optimize manufacturing processes with improved data analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; postgraduate degree highly regarded.

· Minimum of five years of relevant IT experience, including at least three years in an ICT business analyst role.

· Experience in ICT project management, with ability to lead planning, development, testing and documentation efforts using recognized project management approaches.

· Demonstrated experience in bridging IT and business operations, particularly in system analysis, development, or optimization projects. Back end and front end software development ability is desirable

· Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript) and database platforms (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Hadoop, NoSQL).

· Knowledge of robotic arm programming.

· Proven ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

· Fluency in written and spoken English. (Required)

· Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin. (Preferable)
