Battery World Melton has full time Sales & Service roles available. With on-the-job training provided no previous battery Knowledge is required, just an enthusiasm for learning.

As part of our retail/service team you will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with friendly service and accurate advice
• Battery fitting to vehicles and/or electronic devices
• Stock replenishment and receipting (includes warranty lodgement)
• Merchandising and production
• Off-site customer service duties

Essential to this role:

• Computer literacy
• Current Victorians Driver’s License

The purpose of this role is to meet both team and individual targets. The successful candidate/s performance will be well rewarded with opportunities for further development within our two store locations.

The position involves working on a rotating roster, which includes working every second weekend.

Training for this role will be carried out at Battery World Hoppers Crossing and Melton stores. The position will based at Melton, with shifts at Hoppers Crossing store when required.
