What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll become the operational backbone of the sales team — mastering our luxury product range, building rapport with clients, and gaining first-hand exposure to the sales process. This is the perfect springboard into a dynamic, design-led sales career.
Be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries (phone, email, and showroom)
Process quotes, purchase orders, and customer details using our CRM and ERP systems
Coordinate lead times, stock levels, and logistics with suppliers and internal teams
Support sales reps with samples, product specs, and pricing
Develop product knowledge to confidently guide clients and assist with selections
Build relationships with architects, designers, and builders
About You
You’re energetic, organized, and ready to go beyond "just admin." You’ve got a keen eye for detail, a genuine love of design, and you're excited about where a customer-focused role can take you in the long run.
3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or admin (ideally in design, construction, or interiors)
Confident communicator with great written and verbal skills
Highly organized and detail-driven — you don’t miss a thing
Comfortable using CRMs, MYOB, Excel, Word, and other admin tools
Ambitious and eager to move into a sales career
Passionate about architecture, interiors, and premium product design
