At Leaptel, we’re searching for customer-focused individuals to join our Camberwell-based team as Customer Service and Sales Officers.
In this role, you’ll be our customers' first point of contact, providing friendly, knowledgeable support and helping people choose the right broadband services. Whether answering questions, solving problems, or guiding new customers through the sign-up process, you’ll play a key role in delivering the top-quality experience we’re known for.

What You’ll Do
· Be the first friendly voice our customers hear via phone, live chat, or email.
· Answer enquiries, explain our products, and match people with the best plans for their needs.
· Process orders and ensure a smooth service experience.
· Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into new customer sign-ups.
· Keep accurate customer notes and work collaboratively with the team.
· Occasionally make outbound calls to finalise services or follow up on enquiries.
Your Work Schedule
· Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
· 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
· Location: Camberwell office (this is an on-site role – no WFH/hybrid)

Who We’re Looking For
· Clear communicator – great on the phone, live chat, and email.
· Confident in explaining broadband products (or ready to learn!).
· Tech-comfortable – knows their way around Windows and MS Office.
· Customer Service experience - retail, hospitality, or telco.
· Reliable, positive team player.
· Genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.
· Eligible to work in Australia.
· No telco experience? No worries! We provide full training.
Start Dates - We’re hoping for a start date in the first half of June.
