We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our clients internal sales team. In this permanent role you will bring your customer service experience to provide a superior customer experience by managing incoming sales calls and enquiries. Our client are recognised as a leading manufacturer providing innovative products to the plumbing/building industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long term career opportunity and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales calls, assisting customers with product information queries.
• Provide customers with technical details and product features
• Interpret technical diagrams and information to provide accurate and detailed advice on best products for customers
• Prepare quotes and tenders for custom products and provide accurate pricing information.
• Communicate collaboratively with sales and manufacturing team
• Follow up quotes and support customers with order processing
• Support the sales and management team with accurately reporting on technical customer information
• Support with service calls and product warranty information

To be considered for this position you will possess:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience handling sales enquiries from customers via phone, email & live chat.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide technical product information and support.
• Good time management & organisation skills, ability to follow up on quotes and sales leads.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a small team
• Great computer literacy, and willingness to learn new programs
• Sales based experience would be highly regarded
• Experience with the building supply or plumbing industry will be highly regarded.
