THE ROLE
The successful applicant will fit within our close team of employees in a sales and customer service based role under the direction of the Manager. They will predominantly be responsible for sales, customer service and the organisation of the day to day operations of our 4x4 accessories business. The successful applicant will be required to be flexible in their role and complete any reasonable task they are directed to do, including assisting in sales and customer service within our caravan business (Donway Caravans). The Sales & Customer Service member will be responsible for organising fitment bookings and creating social media posts.
This postion offers room to grow with the business for the right person.

MUST HAVE ATTRIBUTES

Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service.
Communication: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
Problem-solving: The candidate should be a strategic thinker with good problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Adaptability: The candidate should be adaptable and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
Attention to detail: The candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all sales and processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
Customer focus: The candidate should be customer-focused, with an understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Full Drivers License required.
IDEAL ATTRIBUTES
Industry knowledge: The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the 4x4 accessories industry.
Installation knowledge: The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in vehicle accessory fitting and 12v wiring.
Small Team experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a close knit team with an understanding of the importance of internal communication.
HOURS
Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Every forth Sat 8.30am - Midday
Cover Saturdays when other staff are working at trade shows.
SALARY
60,000 - 70,000 annual salary + Super - to be negotiated depending on experience.
