With a strong footprint in the market and an aggressive growth trajectory, this business is looking to secure a driven Account Manager to capitalise on new business opportunities and support ongoing client relationships.

Role Description
Reporting directly to the sales manager and operations manager, this role is perfect for a sales professional with a background in the steel or the construction industry who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong hunting mentality, and isn’t afraid to knock down doors to win business.

A confident communicator with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in steel solutions will hit the ground running. Ongoing product training will be provided for the right person who demonstrates the right attitude, energy, and sales drive.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across NSW construction markets

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients in steel and fabrication sectors

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with builders, fabricators, and developers

Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored steel product solutions

Provide accurate quotes, manage pricing negotiations, and close deals

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a highly competitive environment

Stay across industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity

Salay and Benefits

Base $80k-$100k | 11.5% Super | Car Allowance | Bonus
