The Senior Account Manager in Corporate Health Management is responsible for managing key client relationships, developing tailored health and wellbeing programs, and ensuring the successful delivery of corporate health solutions. Acting as a strategic partner, the Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective account management, health program optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients including escalations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Conduct regular client meetings and strategic reviews to assess program effectiveness and explore enhancement opportunities
- Program Management & Delivery
- Oversee the implementation and performance of corporate health programs including but not limited to health assessments, wellness initiatives, EAP services, and onsite health services.
- Coordinate with internal clinical, systems, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of account managers, coordinators, and support staff.
- Set team priorities, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance to meet departmental goals.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to foster professional growth.
- Champion a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned with organizational values.
Strategy & Business Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase account value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate internally and externally to develop customized proposals and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform service improvements and innovation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track, analyse, and report on program outcomes, engagement metrics, and ROI for clients.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards that highlight health trends and impact.
- Use data insights to guide strategic recommendations and demonstrate value.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, preferably within corporate health, workplace wellbeing, healthcare, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and large-scale service delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Sciences, Psychology, or related fields (desirable).
