Job Title: People Coordinator
Reporting into: People Director
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Location: Sydney

Key Responsibilities
As our People Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in Workday (you’ll spend lots of time in Workday).
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documents and conducting orientations.
Support people initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and diversity efforts.
Handle general inquiries and assist employees with policies and procedures including the review of said policies and procedures.
Organise and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
About you:
You have or are studying HR at university
You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You are proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
You can handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
Experience with Workday
1-2 years of HR administration experience
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
