A snapshot of your role….
· Provide guidance to the organisation on people processes such as performance management, development planning, recruitment strategies, training assessment, and recognition programs
· Support the talent acquisition process by actively participating in candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and contributing to hiring decisions
· Advise and mentor managers on best practices in people management to improve team effectiveness and workplace engagement
· Assist in implementing cultural initiatives including employee engagement surveys, reward systems, policy updates, and other related projects
· Identify and recommend improvements to streamline processes and reduce costs in areas like recruitment, learning and development, contract oversight, and workplace health and safety
