The Role:
As our HR and Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You’ll be the key point of contact for employees’ HR needs and will work closely with the Human Resources Manager in all facets of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
Develop and implement effective onboarding plans
Maintain HR databases and filing systems
Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Manage complex administrative tasks and improve processes
Provide advice on SCHADS and Nurses Award
Support management with HR solutions and recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate or undertaking Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Experience in Aged Care or Community services (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Xero or MYOB knowledge is a plus)
Customer service focused with attention to detail
Team player with a positive approach to change
Requirements:
Current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
NDIS Mandatory Online Training
