Key responsibilities include:

• Support the HR team with administrative and coordination duties across the whole employment lifecycle.
• Handle HR queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare HR correspondence.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and exits.
• Assist with ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis.
• Update and maintain employee information and HR systems.
• Assist with uniform orders.
• Involvement in HR initiatives and projects as required.
• Other reasonable duties as directed

Essential criteria:

• Business Administration qualification and/or HR qualification.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Experience with SharePoint or other cloud-based systems.
• Well-developed skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly personable and able to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn.
• High standards of personal presentation.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible in dealing with change.
• Solutions focused.
• Calm under pressure and confident.
