A leader in their field, my client takes pride if their work and industry. The role is a pivotal role across all accounts. The role focuses on supporting the sales leads from a back-end requirement perspective, heavily focusing on relationship building, promotional planning and data analysis.
While retail is an important component of the role, the role mainly encompasses supporting other sides of the business, requiring someone to be a team player, natural relationship builder, with their own drive and passion.
We’re on the look out for someone who is looking for a long term career and sees the vision of the business in order to grow into a Key Account Manager in the near future and a leader beyond within the business. They will need to work collaboratively with the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales leads with delivery of channel
• Meat and exceed financial KPIs
• Offer support through reviews and promotional activity
• Manage credits and claims
• Manage promotional activity
• Develop trade marketing briefs

Background and experience

• 2-3 years of FMCG experience
• Attention to detail
• Technical and analytical mind
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Team player and collaborative skills
• Strong communication skills
• Relationship building skills
• Able to self motivate and drive
