About the Role:

• As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage and grow accounts. You'll play a key role in renewals, policy maintenance, and daily client support, working alongside a collaborative and experienced broking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial freight and marine insurance
• Handle renewals, policy endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in placing new business and presenting tailored insurance solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an assistant account executive or an account executive position
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
• Tier 1 qualification is essential
