About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, highly organised Telesales Account Executive to join our APAC team and be a driving force behind our growth. This is a phone-heavy, fast-paced role where you’ll be speaking directly with electrical wholesalers and installers every day.
You’ll be working through a large list of accounts — around 600 wholesale branches — as part of a national distribution agreement. These branches range from those who’ve never ordered, to occasional buyers, to regular customers. In addition, we have hundreds of active installers already using our products, and part of your role will be working with branches to identify and engage new installers who aren’t yet in our network.
Your goal is to build trust, open doors, and drive sales — whether that’s stocking more product in-branch, introducing new installers to our range, or identifying leads worth a face-to-face BDM visit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to wholesalers and installers across Australia and New Zealand
Engage a wide range of account types — from never-bought to regular customers
Work with wholesale branches to identify and engage new local installers
Build product knowledge and trust across branches with the aim of increasing orders
Identify and call installers to introduce myenergi and support their product adoption
Act as account manager: handle inbound queries on pricing, products, order status, etc.
Set meetings for our BDMs when in-person follow-up is warranted
Use HubSpot and Zendesk to keep CRM data clean, manage pipeline, and report on activity
Gather and relay market insights, installer feedback, and competitor intelligence
Champion the brand — bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every call
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in sales, telesales, account management, or outbound customer engagement
Natural confidence on the phone — you enjoy talking to people and learning about their business
Strong organisational skills — you manage your time, notes, and follow-ups like a pro
A passion for customer service, technology, home energy management, renewables, and the sales process
CRM experience preferred (HubSpot ideal), Zendesk exposure a bonus
Someone who thrives in a structured, high-activity environment and is excited about growing with us
