The Role

You'll work alongside a tight-knit team of brokers and support staff to process a variety of residential lending scenarios. This is a full end-to-end processing role – no two days will be the same.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing loan applications from submission through to settlement

Liaising with lenders, clients, and brokers to ensure smooth processing

Collecting documentation, checking compliance, and managing follow-ups

Keeping stakeholders informed at every stage of the journey

Supporting multiple brokers across varied and sometimes complex loan scenarios

About You

2+ years of experience in mortgage processing (broking or banking)

End-to-end knowledge of residential lending, ideally across different deal types (self-employed, trusts, construction, etc.)

Confident working across aggregator platforms (LMG experience a bonus)

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused

Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented

Experience with ApplyOnline and Microsoft Office suite

Strong understanding of NCCP compliance and lending legislation

Full Australian working rights required

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking advantageous
