What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full mortgage process for a wide range of deal types: residential, SMSF, self-employed, asset and commercial finance.

Assess serviceability, apply lender policy, and manage applications through to settlement.

Use aggregator software (MYCRM) to submit deals efficiently.

Liaise with lenders, accountants, solicitors, and real estate agents to ensure seamless client experiences.

Oversee file workflows, ensuring timely and compliant loan processing.

Maintain and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Participate in team meetings and support business-wide initiatives.

Work as a Credit Representative under our ACL.

Who You Are

1–2+ years’ experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or banking.

Confident working across residential, SMSF, self-employed, and commercial deals.

Previous experience with second-tier and specialist lenders.

Comfortable managing multiple applications with autonomy and precision.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Experience using MYCRM (or similar aggregator systems) highly regarded.

Completed Cert IV and Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain).

Able to pass a police and credit check.

Additional Info

Deal flow: ~10–15 applications per week, settling 3–5 loans weekly

Full-time, office-based role in Clayton
