Key Responsibilities:

Liaising regularly with the Mortgage Broker, lenders, solicitors, clients and other third parties during the application process

Assistance in lodgement of loan applications

Ensuring all documents are received from clients and coordinating with clients & other parties for any missing documents

Follow up with lenders to ensure smooth progress of the application

Signing loan documents with the clients

Sending out credit guides & diary management

Phone and diary management

Management of email inbox when required

Provide other administrative support where required

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 + years of experience as a Loan Processor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Committed to professional development and staying current with industry practices.
