Loan Processor / Client Services – Inner South East Melbourne

We’re a growing Loan Market mortgage broking business based in Melbourne’s Inner South East, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Loan Processor to join our team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our brokers to support the entire loan process — from client onboarding, preparing and submitting applications, through to post-settlement care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and managing the details that keep the loan process running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit loan applications using MyCRM and ApplyOnline

Collect and verify documentation to meet lender and compliance requirements

Communicate with clients, banks, conveyancers, and referral partners

Keep all CRM records up to date and ensure files are compliant

Manage valuations, loan contracts, and settlement coordination

Support brokers with admin tasks and client follow-ups

Provide post-settlement service and ongoing client engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, lending, or mortgage broking

Strong understanding of the loan process and compliance requirements

Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (MyCRM experience a bonus)

A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to grow and learn
