About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, dynamic mortgage broking team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and contributing to the broader success of a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess client scenarios and structure loan applications

Conduct lender product and policy checks

Manage file progression from submission through to settlement

Liaise with lenders, aggregators, and business partners

Ensure documentation and compliance is accurate and up to date

Support brokers with day-to-day processing and client service

About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Loan Processor or Broker Support role

Strong knowledge of loan structures, lender policies, and application processes

Excellent communication skills and professional presentation

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Confident working independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and broker platforms (e.g., MyCRM or similar)
