The role

Jabsons Finance is seeking a talented Loan Processor/Client Service Manager to join our award-winning team in Chadstone, Victoria. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient processing of loan applications, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently process loan applications, including document verification, credit assessment, and preparing necessary paperwork

Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and lenders to obtain required information and provide updates on the status of applications

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies throughout the loan processing workflow

Maintain detailed records and documentation to support the loan approval process

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the loan application process

Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Prioritise competing tasks in a fast paced environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a loan processing role, preferably within a high performing brokerage

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with financial information

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders

Proficient in the use of loan processing software and other relevant technology

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
