We’re now seeking a visionary Mortgage Broker ready to lead and build a best-in-class mortgage broking division. This is not your typical broker role — it's a strategic leadership position with profit share and future equity opportunity for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

You’ll step into a newly created role with the full backing of YPG leadership and be tasked with:

Establishing and growing the mortgage broking division (YPHL)

Designing and executing go-to-market lending strategies

Managing and mentoring a team of brokers (as team scales)

Building referral partner and lender relationships

Driving revenue and business growth

Shaping systems, culture, and compliance frameworks

What We’re Looking For

You’re a driven, experienced broker who wants more than just commissions — you want ownership, influence, and long-term rewards.

Must-Haves:

Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

MFAA/FBAA accreditation

Minimum 3+ years as a mortgage broker (ideally with leadership exposure)

Demonstrated success in writing residential home loans

Strong understanding of major and non-bank lender products

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

Bonus if you have:

Credit licence (or eligible to become a Credit Representative)

Team leadership experience

Previous exposure to fintech, real estate, or investment-led models
