Your Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Deliver comprehensive back-office assistance to our lending specialists
Coordinate consultant calendars, meeting arrangements, and client correspondence
Oversee CRM management and maintain accurate filing systems
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact and create positive first impressions
Guarantee exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint
Post-Settlement Support:
Manage telephone support for our established mortgage clientele
Handle general inquiries from borrowers regarding their current loan status
Conduct follow-up communications with clients who have missed loan repayments
Manage post-settlement administration tasks and loan completion procedures
Provide immediate follow-up on customer queries
Liaise with funding partners and third parties such as lawyers/conveyancers on ongoing administration of customer's home finance
Business Operations:
Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and coordinate meeting bookings
Nurture prospective client relationships through timely lead follow-up
Support document preparation, administrative tasks, and promotional activities
Facilitate office functions and team-building initiatives
Effectively use CRM and ensure lead data is up to date
Provide reporting to management on lead data
Manage uploading day-to-day invoicing
Drive ongoing enhancements to our brokerage service delivery
Your Profile
Core Requirements:
2+ years background in mortgage administration or financial services support
Demonstrated expertise in task prioritisation and deadline management
Outstanding interpersonal and written communication capabilities
Competency with lending software platforms, MS Office suite, CRM
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for financial calculations and administrative processes
Meticulous approach to work with unwavering accuracy standards
Authentic enthusiasm for the home lending industry
