Be the Spark Behind Real Change
At Richmind WA, we’re not just implementing systems — we’re building futures. If you’re the kind of Business Analyst who thrives on human-centered design, challenges assumptions, and wants your work to impact real lives, then this is where you belong.
This isn’t a role where you sit behind the screen all day — it’s about rolling up your sleeves, co-designing with the people who use our services, and making change stick. It takes courage to ask the hard questions, to dig deeper into what users really need, and to find smart, practical solutions that actually get used. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging workshops and ‘go-look-and-see’ sessions with staff to understand pain points and co-create better ways of working.
- Map out user journeys, value streams, and future-state processes with clarity and purpose.
- Work closely with our Systems team to design practical solutions that balance tech feasibility with everyday usability.
- Guide the implementation and integration of digital tools that streamline service delivery and lift the experience for everyone — especially our people and the individuals we support.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, bring everyone on the journey, and help manage change in a way that sticks.
- Keep an eye on governance, risks, and compliance — we want innovation that lasts.
Is This You?
You’re a natural problem solver with a people-first mindset. You believe tech should serve people — not the other way around — and you know how to make that happen.
You’ll bring:
- Tertiary degree or substantial experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or related fields
- Expertise in Agile, user stories, data analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience mapping user journeys and designing processes that actually work in real life
- The ability to build trust, facilitate conversations, and influence without ego
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Salesforce, NetSuite, ELMO, or SharePoint
- Bonus if you have lived experience of recovery or have supported someone who has
