What you’ll do

Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, actionable visual and technical solutions.

Optimise data models for speed, scalability, and high performance.

Champion data quality, visual design best practices, and user-centric reporting.

Engage with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and drive data-informed decision-making.

Support process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement across teams.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), system documentation, and post-implementation feedback cycles.

Contribute to strategic initiatives with reporting, insights, and business case support.

Expected impact

Help formalise, build, and manage customer support reporting tools.

Become a product champion through deep knowledge of Bustle’s services and digital platforms.

Support senior management with meaningful reports and data-driven recommendations.

Enhance and refine operational processes, websites, and systems in collaboration with UX, automation, and technology teams.

Lead ICT project planning, testing and documentation efforts using recognised project management approaches.

Support the creation of training materials and deliver engaging knowledge-sharing sessions for end users.

A strong understanding of data modelling, visualisation principles, and performance optimisation.

Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to support digital transformation through system and process analysis.
