Lead a team of 18 on the workshop floor, focusing on producing high-quality structural steel products. The facility's operations include a mix of manual assembly (70%) and machine-based manufacturing (30%), requiring strong coordination and leadership skills.

�� Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations in manual assembly and manufacturing
- Lead and support a team of 18 production staff
- 3 Automated machines supported by 5 assembly tables
- Manage workflows for 3 machines and coordinate daily truckloads
- Ensure 1-4 Trucks to be loaded each day by forklift operations
- Drive efficiency, safety, and quality standards are maintained
- Collaborate closely with other departments and report to the Operations Manager

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing/assembly
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Emotional awareness a must to understand the human element of your workforce
- Clear understanding of your relationship building with people and making them smile
