At Australian Clinical Labs (ACL), we don’t just collect specimens — we collect excellence.
We’re seeking expressions of interests for Team Supervisor’s to lead from the front in our busy and rewarding Collections Department. If you’ve got a passion for pathology, a knack for leadership, and love juggling schedules, people, and coffee cups — we want to hear from you.
This role sits within the Collections Management Team, reporting directly to the Deputy Operations Manager Collections. As a Team Supervisor, you'll take charge of your own regional patch of collection centres, ensuring everything runs smoothly across your area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Team Supervisor, you’ll take the reins in managing your assigned area like a pro. You’ll:
Lead, mentor and support your team of pathology collectors
Drive quality control and ensure best practices at every site
Be the go-to contact between collectors, patients, and our labs
Organise training, WHS audits, compliance checks and more
Bring your A-game to every challenge — whether it’s rostering for leave or opening a brand-new collection centre
You’ll also get to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, labs, couriers, customer service and other collection areas. And when the Deputy Operations Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things ticking.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Certificate III in Pathology Collection
Minimum 2 years’ experience in pathology collections
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Confident communicator with solid admin and computer skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and keep cool under pressure
Nice-to-Have:
Diploma in Business Management or similar qualification
