Level 3 - $96,103.71 per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance)
*Increasing to $99,147.86 per annum as of July 1st 2025

The Role
Join our Parks & Gardens team as a Team Leader!
Working Monday-Friday 6am-3pm on a 9-day fortnight roster, the successful applicant will be leading a small group of employees to ensure and maintain a safe and amicable work environment, in consultation with the Co-Ordinator Parks and Gardens. You will be assisting to develop detailed operational maintenance programs and be responsible for the successful outcomes of the operations team.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
- Qualifications or experience in the Horticulture/Turf Management industry
- Experience operating horticulture-related plant equipment
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role is a plus, along with strong time management and organizational skills for delegating workloads
Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Current 'MR' class driver's license
- White Card
- Current First Aid qualification
- National Police Clearance
- Rights to work in Australia
