The Role

This Australian owned manufacturing business has been delivering high end quality products to Australians for over 30 years.
To continue developing in this area and keep delivering great results, they are recruiting for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join their site on the day shift.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Effectively lead, train and supervising a production team, ensuring mentoring and development guidance where necessary
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure safety is a priority across the site
• Manage production costs through continual review of operational improvement methods
• Monitor and comply with companies standards and policies on GMP, Hygiene, Repairs
• Maintain stock levels
• Ensure KPI's are met across the shift

Your background:

• Prior manufacturing experience, FMCG highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills, with an ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
• A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
