About Us:

Tranen Revegetation Systems is an industry leader, renowned for its exceptional track record in native revegetation and bushland rehabilitation in WA. Since 2002, we've been involved in over 1,200 projects delivering high-quality, results-driven outcomes primarily across the southwestern regions of the state. As we continue to raise the bar, we are seeking a strong Environmental Field Team Leader to join our elite team and contribute to the success of our ground-breaking projects and maintain our reputation as an industry leader.

The Role:

We’re looking for an outstanding, results-focused professional to lead field project delivery and oversee the daily execution of high-profile rehabilitation and seed collection projects. As a Field Team Leader, you will be tasked with assisting and elevating field team performance, maintain top-tier quality, and drive success across diverse and challenging projects. You'll work closely with field supervisors and project managers to ensure every detail aligns with our exacting standards for performance and safety, whilst leading a motivated, high-performing team to achieve extraordinary results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and Supervising: Oversee the daily implementation of complex rehabilitation and seed collection projects, ensuring every task meets Tranen’s exceptional standards.

Driving Results: Own quality control, ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule and budget, and set new standards for industry expectations.

Inspiring Excellence: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of accountability, precision, consistency, and excellence.

Optimising Performance: Master time management, productivity, and resource allocation to maximize project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Upholding Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with HS&E legislation and Tranen internal policies and systems, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on field experience in revegetation, environmental management, landscaping, forestry, or a related industry.

Education, certifications, and specialised training in a related industry are advantageous, but not required.

A current driver’s license is essential.

Experience & Skills:

Experience in seed collection and rehabilitation techniques is preferred but not essential.

A history of at least three years leading and inspiring high-achieving teams of up to 10 people in demanding environments.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills – you thrive under pressure and get results.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members.

A focus on delivering exceptional quality, meeting or exceeding all project goals and safety standards.

Why This Role is Perfect for You:

At Tranen Revegetation Systems, we work with the best because we want to achieve the best results that we can. You’ll have the opportunity to manage and deliver significant projects that make a lasting impact on the environment while working alongside a team of exceptional individuals who share your commitment to excellence. This is not just another job – it’s a chance to lead high-profile projects, shape the future of bushland rehabilitation, and truly make your mark on the industry.

We reward people based on the value of their contributions to the team, and the company bottom line. Contracts are individual, and not confined to any fixed ranges. We will offer a highly competitive initial salary package based on your experience, skills, and demonstrated performance.
