About the role
This is a full-time Allocation Administration Assistant role at Gleam Team Domestic Services' head office based in Woodville, SA. Gleam Team provides cleaning and shopping assistance to aged people in receipt of Commonwealth funded community services.
Required Tasks:
Ensuring client documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Conducting intake assessments for new Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients
Conducting annual reviews of CHSP clients
Allocating clients to suitable Support Workers
Rostering of Support Worker staff
Responding to client and staff queries via phone and email
Maintaining various databases and registers
Assisting with invoicing external service providers
What we're looking for
Proven experience in administration and rostering, preferably within the aged care sector
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Strong data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
