And now, we are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing Adelaide team with seamless administrative, sales coordination, and CRM management. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player behind the scenes, ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to the sales team and broader business operations.
Providing proactive administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations
Work closely with the internal Operations team to ensure alignment between sales and operations
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling professional email correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders
Preparing and formatting proposals, quotes, presentations, and sales documents (experience with Qwila desirable)
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Coordinating projects, tracking tasks, and supporting timelines and follow-ups (Teamwork experience advantageous)
Organising digital files and ensuring consistent use of templates and materials
Assisting with data entry, reporting, and basic sales analytics
Supporting onboarding and communication for new clients and leads
Run weekly and monthly reporting to the management team
Applying strong time management and organisational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of experience in a sales administration role
A go-getter with excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity
CRM experience (HubSpot experience desirable)
Familiarity with project management software — Teamwork experience highly regarded
Experience preparing sales proposals and documents — knowledge of Qwilr is a bonus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Organised, resilient, and driven to grow
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
