Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recording daily banking deposits
- Preparation and processing of individual owner water, gas and electricity accounts
- Tracking customer payments and following up outstanding accounts
- Maintaining customer billing and payment records
- Assisting with analysis of meter reading data
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Assist in other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Well presented with good telephone and customer service skills
- Must be a team player, able to exhibit multiple skills and work and interact with other team members effectively in a small business environment
- Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Desirable
- Previous experience in an Accounts role
