We are a well-established Authentic Italian Restaurant located in Western suburbs, which is well received as a popular family restaurant by the community. We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our spirited and dynamic team.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has a strong focus on customer service, and possesses a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships. With a can-do attitude and a genuine love for the customers and the business, you’ll lead by example and set the tone for excellent service.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. A key part of the role will involve actively engaging with customers, recognising their dining preferences, create an inviting atmosphere, and consistently drive a turn-key experience for them every time!

You’ll be assisting with group bookings and private dining inquiries, managing the process from initial contact to creating the event order. This includes prompt communication with clients, following up on leads, and collaborating with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every function runs seamlessly.

We require a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar hospitality role, a comprehensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits. A confident personality that can guide customers through our menu and assist the team with training and product knowledge. Your leadership style will foster a positive workplace, and create an environment where fun meets professional.
