MARA Out of Hours Service Administration Assistant x 1 (hours 11am – 7pm ) Based in Beenleigh.

Brief Description

MARA Out of Hours Service Administration Assistant role is to support our Out of Hours Service workers statewide with administration duties to ensure women are supported if they are released from a correctional center at late notice (after 4pm)

Duties will include but not limited to:

Answer incoming calls through the MARA out of hours administration phone

Manage culturally sensitive practices with women

Generate the weekly releases report

Pre plan bookings and transport needs

Manages bookings in external environment

Data entry

Maintain and update a spreadsheet for data collection purposes of Out of Hours Releases in line with Finance requirements

Process referrals received after hours for women wanting to engage in support

Ensure attendance at the mandatory monthly staff meeting, with exceptions for annual or personal leave.
