We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid administration experience who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Operating the weighbridge (full training provided)
Generating and processing client invoices
Timesheet entry and maintenance
General data entry and record-keeping
Managing stationery orders and supplies
Assisting with other administration tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
